I've got the Micro 312 (µ312) which is effectively a compact clone of the Erostek 312
As for connectors, just three 6mm conductive loops around my shaft and balls connected with a tri-phase cable. Nothing too crazy but upgrading from 4mm to 6mm loops made a huge difference for me, much less spikey
