Congratulations to her!
She’ll remember that game forever.
Here’s a famous World Series game I was at… granted, I was 26 at the time.

Should they make the postseason in any given year, the Islanders can and, have in the past 7 seasons he’s been with them, grow the traditional ‘Playoff beards’.

Gotta work up to that.
A not as expansive jam yet a happy, hopping tune.

After starting 2-0 in 1986, they dropped the next 3.
The back page of either the Daily News or the Post ran a headline that read…
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE METS?
6.5 months later they were riding in convertibles down the Canyon of Heroes.
Baseball is a marathon.
Relax.

With the juxtaposition of the show poster and your cat underneath, here’s a Cats I saw Phil & Friends play a little over 24 years ago…

I’m reading this book right now.

Phish tours regularly.
Winning the Super Bowl doesn’t happen every year, let alone several times a year.

We can’t expect them to really know, when it’s nothing but ‘fashion’ to them.

That probably won’t happen for several years yet.
The current NFLPA collective bargaining agreement isn’t due to expire until 2030.
The players are against it.
It’ll take some doing to have that happen then, let alone before then.

Warm memories on this snowy Super Bowl Sunday, of hot summer Sundays at Shea.
The shouts of, ‘Beer here… beer here’!, from the vendors going Section to Section.
The K Corner.
A Home Run deep into the Right Field Bullpen off of Strawberry’s long, loping swing.

Fritz Peterson… famed in song and story lo, these many years since the Swingin’ Seventies.
He did win 20 for the 1970 Yankees who won over 90 that year during Thurman Munson’s Rookie of the Year season.
Happy Birthday and R.I.P. Fritz

Ah… I can only imagine if social media was around when I was going to shows during the late 70s-early 90s.
There were several that were ‘known’ then… ‘Digger’ for one.
(One of the last of the ‘Diggers’, famed in song and story.)

Along with everything else, that was the night or, rather at 2:00AM Sunday October 26 when Daylight Savings Time ended.
We essentially got to party in the parking lots until about 5:00AM.
The cops were cool with it as long as there were no fights.
An experience indelibly etched forever.

How anyone with half a brain could or would give this buffoon and his minions any credence is beyond me.
A pathetic state of affairs, powered by the abject stupidity of the lowest common denominator of the population.
The people who love him the most are the people he most despises.
Sickening.

Eh, the focus and preponderance of numbers of ‘followers’ and how it equates with one’s standing on these platforms is, to me, absurd.
The entertainment value is all I personally am looking for.
But, then again… my 1st Dead show was 45 years, 4 months, 18 days ago when I was 19.
