pretty cool lineup from NA. I like dishsoap, wasian, prestivent, and darth nub each for different reasons.
sometimes reasons such as gingersnap dango

And your last point is partly mine too, if for example TFT is no longer a game for me and I quit, that's 1 fewer player on the anti-wandering golem side of things and thus the % shifts, ever so slightly, towards an overall preference for wandering golems!

Ya I use variance as a very broad shorthand given character limits and it being a much more nuanced discussion than one concept (for example, your points)
I view variance on a scale. Chess being 1 out of 10. TFT was never a 1 as far as I played & that's a good thing. But it has increased over time

so the next time they take a look at the player base, maybe it's become 55% of players who like variance and 45% of players who don't. and so "hey, most people want variance!" and so they push more variance in again and it becomes 60/40 next time. and so on...

Ya I get that & it makes sense. What I mean is TFT's playerbase evolves over time and Riot's decisions impact that evolution. If 51% of players like variance & 49% of players don't, and Riot adds more variance into TFT, maybe they gain&retain more players that like variance & lose players that don't

Wandering Trainer haters rise up!
I wonder how much of this eventually becomes self-selection & like a positive feedback loop? E.g. people who hate variance burn out / stop playing, so more people playing/engaging are those who like variance, so Riot incorporates more variance...

This was always a fun way to look for future potential releases from games companies 😀

I don’t count a 4v4 format towards an accomplishment for an individual but otherwise on board with open & tac crown. Ewc is its own thing to me. need a 3rd individual tourney.

It has been much better this set than most—wouldn’t say none though!

this is also why i tend to play a lot less now except for break patches. the fun wears off sooner with these newer sets, the annoyance with high variance starts sooner, don’t wanna also deal with the balance thrashing xd
still need to get bee poro and whatever though

good things always cost $ !!
iirc, though, at least for mens stuff hermes is one of very few luxury brands where the quality is actually there — though you’d still be paying a huge premium for the brand name than if you went to a small high quality bespoke shop

1. Subs for streams are either people paying for entertainment or just to support you. You shouldn’t feel bad, it’s not like you beg for subs or do things like gatekeep chat or set insane ad density or anything
2. $ for coaching is paying you for your time & a service!

I can read the screenshots — though for me Kayna’s breaking up text into multiple posts is probably still best. More work though.
Bsky people love alt text but on mobile (which I’m often on) it’s no different to read for me. But I think alt text is to solve other issues people have with images.

Right now bsky is just low engagement. Also, plenty of follow-bots, not sure if you got hit with them. Humans will still generally see your posts, there just isn’t as much liking and commenting here.

Yep :(
My recent Jayce encounter = 2 people get ranged artifacts = 2 people force Nocturne = they get 1st and 3rd (the person who got 1st also ended up with 6 automata). Sadge.
I'm just trying to get to master again and do some casting. That's always still fun because I'm not the one lowrolling.

Plaintiff-side PI/employment CA forum shopping has been going on for a very long time already; the NDTX stuff is just the more extreme federal version that have bigger nationwide implications. I don't follow plaintiffs' bar stuff anymore, but wish Don all the best in fighting back here :)
