Which I can see that being helpful, but same time even more frustrating as now you gotta keep track of a list for what bracket you fall into.
Generally though it won't effect me much, I don't have any local people I can play with and just build decks for fun XD

1 and 2 should just be merged as anything that isn't a pre-con deck, unless 0 effort was put into it, is gonna be on par or better then a pre-con thus upgraded. It should be:
1 - precon/precon equivalent
2- Upgraded (but no BS)
3- Optimized (for some BS)
4- CEDH (you probably play mono blue counter)

I think its kinda neat but don't see it really doing much. Card power tends to be very opinion based, "no game changers" is way too vague giving how vast MTG is ability wise. I personally don't fit into a bracket as I see myself between 2 and 3, I hate 2-card combos at any point.
