We hebben het altijd over een uitbreiding naar het Oosten, maar laten we nu eens een andere kant uitkijken. Europa moet het niet alleen willen doen. Zoek bondgenoten, is nu de opdracht!

Uiteraard! Diplomatie is meer dan alleen een paar oude kerels, zoals ik, met een paar velletjes papier in een klein vliegtuig naar Moskou sturen.
Diplomatie is ook zorgen voor goede relaties met de rest van de wereld. Met landen die we makkelijk vergeten. Kijk bv welke activiteiten de OVSE ontplooit

I get the impression that Russia sees this as an upgrade, negotiating with de USA. But I am afraid it is a downgrade for the USA, risking to be isolated, lose respect and lose the reputation of being a reliable partner, respecting law and order. And a lot of dirt will surface, not only on Trump.
