As long as a Suicide Hotline is there for all +the responders are well versed in needs of LGBTQ callers, the decision seems fair. If not, you would have to have a separate hotline for multiple subsets of suicidal people as in press 1. for race. 2. Domestic violence 3. Gender..4. Loss of Spouse etc.
