This is such an excellent example of Murc's law you could put it in a dictionary. The reason Democrats aren't "arresting the serial killer" is THEY ARE NOT THE POLICE RIGHT NOW. Republicans are the cops who are covering for their serial killer coworker, you need to shame them into not doing that.
