We stackable them up onto cargo ships and fill them with emergency food, first aid, and seeds that are packaged to last 25 years. The emergency food will help them through the wait time for the seeds to produce.

First we create the tough shed like stackable greenhouses and equip them with desalination, dehumidifiers, solar power, and wind power options. Then we attach wood and electric heat. After that timed led grow lights and irrigation system. Use simple timers nothing digital. All parts must be sturdy.

Desalination is also required because in many environments the water source may need to be renewed without negative effects on the environment. It also provides and infinite water supply near oceans.

I have experimented with dehumidifiers to remove water from the air in desert environments. We need to design a more efficient dehumidifier to run on the energy provided by solar or wind power.

Invest in seeds and agricultural equipment. Sturdy and stackable greenhouses.
They would have systems that operate in any environment.

Most of the time when it comes to world hunger the problem is the few with guns over power the innocent and take all of the food for themselves. They then use them as leverage for loyalty. Logistics is also a hurdle due to spoilage. Some infrastructure will be required to streamline the process.
