It's a matter of scale. If Musk, the richest man, gives a billion dollars to buy a presidency he doesn't even breath hard. If a teacher earning $80k gives $100 to a campaign, that's significant and counts more. Elon's karma-rometer is running low.

Is it a Janus curse? Their views are very Old Testament (especially. EX and Lev). I thought this would have been supplanted by the NT Gospels. Guess I don't understand how they can call themselves Christians.

At this point looking forward, I might just move. My Daughter is already looking.

Like many others, they were fooled. And, there's no do-over in the Constitution (unless there is a do-over clause I missed?)

Hmmm, seems to be a common thread.

Maybe he wanted to displace Mrs. Turniphead and become arm candy.

I don't disagree. I was thinking of John McCain. Like him or not, I think he was one that valued our country and government. I had hoped one of them would stand up to Turniphead, but no.

There must be a few repubs in Congress who aren't whimpering in fear of Turniphead. But, when I look, they don't stand out.

Can I guess his stupidity makes it easier for him to sound that stupid when drunk

And yet, Greenland, Canada, Mexico and Panama weren't ours to begin with.

Never figured WW III would start with Denmark.

Please help me understand at the simplest level, his appeal to 50+% of the voters. There aren't that many maganistas are there? Was it not wanting a woman to be president despite her skill? We're they afraid of a non-white in the White House? Did they believe the obvious lies?

Have to admit I lost the bubble on this. And, you're correct. It would be advancing the good if local authorities looked into where he went and his physical safety. (Maybe get that info during his first interrogation?)

So, where are the police? Child rape should be FBI as well since he was "in government " at the time. No slap on the wrist for this one!!!

I'm stuck on Turniphead.

I see it. He's a dangerous moron. We're stuck with him. We're stuck with CNN, too.

Yes

And, 50+% of the voters voted for his mindlessness.

Big words from an ignorant politician. (Yeah, I know that's redundant) Believe it or not, Fauci had to deal with Turniphead The First. We all need to let him know he's safe and we're thankful for his work.

Wonder if Turniphead could annex that area? It would be easier to hide the bodies there instead of in rooms at MAL.

On her first Christmas, Sim ate the (plastic) tinsel and left it for me on my bed. She was just being considerate.

A lot of people won't get this, but I think it's great. And, "What kind fool you take me for Natasha? I don't know, Elon, what kind of fool are you"
comment in response to post
I need to ask again... Why did anyone vote for her, let alone a majority? Did no one see her terrible home state debate? Or, how she switched congressional districts for her own benefit? Well, she does fit in well with Clay Higgins (R, La) and MTG.

Sometimes, I find myself thinking Musk would be the lesser of the two evils. The, I sober up.

I don't believe I'm an enabler. Rather, I'm someone stuck in a terrible situation (politically) over the next 4 years with no way out.

Isn't this a constitutional issue? 14th amendment, I think.

What's the relationship between an Ambassador and a Specil Envoy? Seems the latter would just be in the way and cause trouble.

Didn't she and her husband get $2B from Saudi Arabia? If that happened to me, I'd get out of politics, too, and buy my own president.

It is stunning how misguided some people are.

Not sure why standing in support of Mangione equates to working towards reforming health care. He killed.

So, now that he's displeased Turniphead, is he in the first wave of naturalized citizens to be deported?

38 repubs shunned Turniphead and his sidekick. Well done on so many levels.

I haven't heard if Musk has taken my suggestion to become the first person on Mars. Leaving tomorrow.

I wish the Constitution had a do-over clause.

Maybe all the media reporting on the dual for the presidency are right. Elon, go home, lock yourself in, and realize no one voted for you.

"Do what I say, not what I do. 'Cause what I do is none of your concern" Except, it is our concern.

How can he hold a Security Clearance?

History has taught me that those who want to establish a fourth Reich need a charismatic leader. Elon just needs to get the salute right, and he'd be perfect. People in Germany wouldn't allow that.
comment in response to post
I wonder if Turniphead will give Potus Musk the Oval Office? If not, will Musk put an addition onto the Whitehouse? For all his important meetings.
comment in response to post
I may be a big dummy, but when did Pres Musk become a US citizen? Wasn't there a vow to uphold the Constitution part of the naturalization?
