Most likely.
Some presidents take their oath to the Constitution seriously.

Maybe read the post again and try to comprehend what they’re suggesting.
They’re talking about Biden taking actions which will be challenged in court, and that SCOTUS won’t (shouldn’t) allow.

Uhhhh, no.

You have this flawed concept that “all immigration is legal” means no borders or laws.
When all immigration was legal in the US, the US had borders. It had laws.
comment in response to
post
You keep making assertions but no arguments.
comment in response to

What I think is that I was correct in that you don’t really like immigration.
You wrap it in “well if it was legal immigration I wouldn’t mind” as a means to make it more palatable.
But the fact is, it’s immigrants that you dislike, probably just immigrants from certain places.

You can exclude some individuals like convicted felons and what not.
But if you want to talk about each of those assumed problems, we can do that.
Which do you want to start with?

“Just cuz” it is then.
comment in response to

So I’ve got an example of it working, quite well in fact, and you’ve got no example of it not working.
And we’re just supposed to assume that it won’t work …”just cuz”.
comment in response to

It worked for most of the history of the US.

You would still have borders and laws with all immigration being legal.
Some laws would be different, but they would still be laws.
Not even going to attempt an explanation? So what part of what I said do you think wasn’t serious or correct?
comment in response to
post
It’s exploitation because you have no other option.
You must do this.
The fact that you get have some choice as to who exploits you doesn’t change it from being exploitation.

Explain how you could have illegal immigration if all immigration was legal.
Go.
comment in response to
post
Unless you are born into wealth, at some point in your life you must devote a portion of your labor to the benefit of someone else and not yourself in order to survive.
That is exploitation.
comment in response to
post
We could end illegal immigration overnight by making all immigration legal, like it was for most of US history.
Something tells me you’re not in favor of that though.

They don’t.
Do you think doctors were taking advice from Jimmy Kimmel?
comment in response to
post
It says those that want to refuse care to patients b/c of personal beliefs shouldn’t be in the medical field.
Jimmy Kimmel isn’t in the medical field.
comment in response to
post
The concept is the same.
Someone unwilling to commit to what’s necessary to ensure the organ isn’t wasted doesn’t get on the transplant list.

Yep
For good reason, they won’t give a new liver to an alcoholic that won’t stop drinking.

Jimmy Kimmel isn’t in the medical field.
comment in response to

What about them?
comment in response to

Nobody was refused a transplant b/c they were unvaccinated.
People were refused donor organs b/c they were unvaccinated.
They could have found their own donor and gotten the transplant.

No
You have provided no evidence nor any reason to believe it exists.
And the more posts you make without including such evidence is just more reason for me to believe it’s BS.

It’s not my job to find evidence for your claims.
Anybody can claim “the evidence is out there, you just have to go look” for any claim they want to make.

I thought that would be evident.
My apologies for not spelling it out.
