You aren’t seeing Black folks at protests because we know Trump will use us as an excuse to start violence—to justify martial law. Black folks, stay home. Be in peace. Our time will come. Everyone else, peacefully protest, but understand we won’t be human shields or targets! Don’t ask that of us.
