Is it just me? I’m very tired of the argument that any politician’s illegal actions are acceptable because someone else was worse. Corruption and illegal power grabs are wrong PERIOD. No one is “standing up” for a party by backing a corrupt politician.

The theology of “God first, family second, others third” is just unbiblical. Lot, Moses, Mary, Paul, and many disciples put others before their family when God asked. If a politician supports the loss of someone’s constitutional rights by citing poor theology, they’re taking the Lord’s name in vain.
