Another way of looking at this is that ICE are such wimps that even with body armor, guns, & driving bullet-proof cars - they got some rocks thrown at them outside of Home Depot & immediately asked Daddy to rescue them. Daddy sent 5,000 military troops to protect ICE from... rocks.
