I was bitten by a radioactive gay cartoon, and now I'm an LGBTQ activist. She/Her, pagan, Left of left, veteran. Books? Conquest of bread, anything by Alan Watts, reading anything to others.

I think Elon is naive and a victim of the dunning-kruger effect, but I don't think we'll see a mask off moment like this until he's 100% sure he's untouchable. I think we're at like 98.2% XD

Snopes says this wasn't real, however.

From whence capitalism was born? "Give unto Caesar what is his" doesn't seem it's vibe, but that's only one religion.

Thank you. It means the world to me. Literally.

It's a very fucked up situation, ye. But we're climbing out of the cesspit; sometimes we slide back, sometimes we find good hand holds. Gotta keep pressing forward, for the sake of our future. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Kids can and will be cruel; it's part of their exploration of the self, good and ill. We must be there to guide them away from behaviors that are adversarial to themselves and their peers so they can carry the torch of humanity forward unimpeded by generational prejudice.

Ah the patriarchy is a global epidemic; this resentment for the feminine knows no bounds. I also think the patriarchy feeds into toxic masculine traits; which also can be found globally as well.

Of course, I think there is a lot of undue resentment against the power mothers have, unconsciously. Even children understand it intuitively, it's why it's fairly common for children to verbally attack another child's mother so as to antagonize or bully.

I'd imagine in the same way an alien "Mother ship" is used; it means that it is the origin of other "lodes" or veins, and other "ships." According to Wikipedia, "The term probably came from a literal translation of the Spanish 'veta madre', a term common in old Mexican mining."

Mother lode is a term to suggest "A lot, or almost all." It's a bit of a dated term, but it comes from mineral mining where the largest strip of it is the "mother" of all the off shoots of other veins.

Authoritarianism requires stooges on bended knee to function, and they found the mother lode in the perfect storm of a dying political ideology.

The power pyramid scheme; they demand men hand them power over those men, and they will give those men power over the vulnerable and defenseless people in the microcosm. Stacked on the idea that if you have someone to kick down at, you're not doing too bad, so you put up with it. It's an illness.

Notice he doesn't bring a single example of the claims of his character, despite the "mountain of evidence" Patel submitted. In addition, if Chuck wants to talk about unsubstantiated claims, how about their entire smear campaign against a non-government individual to attack the president (Hunter)

Hi, trans veteran here, served in the nuclear mission on the Strategic Automated Command and Control System at USSTRATCOM, serving in Trumps first term. I remember being called "too unstable to be trusted with nukes."

I've thought/think about this all the time; would an alien be a god? Extra dimensional alien? The Planet? The whole universe? Different types of gods? Dead gods like the other planets in our solar system? Thought-forms created by mass psychic energies?!
See, this is fun.

It's one thing to call a belief that Poseidon sunk the fleet with a typhoon as a proto-science, I get that. But saying it's akin to physics is quite a leap of faith! XD

"When I squint really hard I can make your head explode, so give me your food!"
Reminds me of George Carlin's bit on religion.

...you would be tightening every bolt, checking your tire pressure gauges, and refilling your blinker fluid every time before you drove your car!
