I think I assumed that the only possible design here was that pulling up the ID would be equivalent to the “disable faceid” gesture. For sure handing an AFU phone to someone who’s demanding idea is a no-go.

We listened to the real version too many times. I switched to the radio edit and my 7-year-old was like “they left out a word!”

Fyi I had dumplings with dipping sauce as a snack today in large part due to your good no-pic post.

I ran Hero Kids for my kids and their cousins a couple of times, ages 4–9, and it went quite well. I’m planning to try www.atlas-games.com/magicalkitties with the same crowd tomorrow.

Honestly not even that much. Kids are over-YouTubed but we settled down for The Grinch (2018) yesterday. Bounced off of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and A Charlie Brown Christmas this morning.

We regularly have Brie and jam sandwiches (usually raspberry) in our house because of a similar experience my spouse and I had in Barcelona.

Yeah some people draw that distinction. But the klobasnik is still a Texas thing that Czechs don’t recognize.

My wife’s been doing Stealing From Wizards (podcast audiobook) with our 7yo and he’s into it. We also love the Greeking Out podcast.

I have had the night guard I got from two dentists ago for like 11 years now. Definitely not as pretty as it once was but seems fine. Current dentist estimates 10 year life.

If it makes you feel better, I guess. I’m sure the IRS has mechanisms to deal with this kind of feels-like-it-should-help brigade reporting.

Explain more? The main doc seems to be pretty scrupulously careful to be a policy guide to “the next president”. You can certainly know which of the options would be likely to listen, but that’s not the same thing; Planned Parenthood policy papers would be a mirror image.

That doesn’t seem to be an accurate description of the restrictions, which are on candidate support and lobbying. Nothing that says a charity can’t publish a policy agenda.
