Another time where familiar but different-looking runes appeared was in the Third Temple in this circle. I think they're just for decoration, but they're also cool.

While the Olm alphabet is largely already solved for all the runes that make appearences in the show, it's missing the letter Y, despite it showing up in 2 episodes. Between the two appearences of it, this is how I think the Olm letter Y is supposed to look:

I have even more observations! Although most of it is de-coded in the show itself, and I got tired of taking pictures of them.
