This is an amazing solution, but it seems like it would not be feasible for small and midsize businesses unless there was a way for several businesses to create a Self Funded plan and share the costs and risks.

Also, providers unfairly manage Coordination of Benefits claims when clients have 2+ insurance policies. This often results in secondary claim denials and write-offs, driving up provider billing rates. COB should be handled by insurers, not providers - we should only need to bill the primary payer
