But, you don’t need to use deed poll to change your name. You just need to convince people and orgs your name has changed. Starting with drivers license and passport is more effective and (I think) easier

We looked at the possibility of digitising the deed poll form as part of Submit (because of the massive burden of physical evidence, it wasn’t a good use case for us).
