World hunger can't be solved. Population will continue to grow until it exceeds carrying capacity. If he tried to spend his hoard buying up all the food that was available, the price would necessarily go up for everyone until his wealth was as worthless as everyone with less than him.

Cuban is worth, maybe, $5 billion. There are ~3.5 billion people in poverty. He could buy like 1.5 meals costing $1 for every person. You’re heart may be in the right place but you need to work on your math skills
