I will go outside in short sleeves when the sun is out and there’s no wind, in temperatures as low as -6°C. To give you an idea how cold it is in Calgary tonight*, I put on a heavy winter coat with my hood up, to go 10 metres to my detached garage to lock the door. * -28°C (feels like -36°C)
