This is an egregious example of "balance" without fairness. Judge McCloud's complaint is covered in 10 paragraphs and Forstater's lies are given 10 paragraphs. You will find no similar "balance" when Sex Matters is covered uncritically for their shenanigans. Usually, not a trans voice at all!

The average prison sentence for a women charged with murder is 8 years, 6 years longer than men, despite most being in self-defense. Despite most being self-defence. 15 years for self-defence here. A trans woman of color was attacked in a deli and was hit repeatedly before defending herself.
