Tr.mp may say he’s given DOGE authority to make cuts throughout federal agencies, but this is meaningless blather for show because tr.mp does Not have the authority to make or authorize such cuts. Doing so is in clear violation of Articles I & II of the Constitution & of the 1974 Impoundment Act.
