The more I work with it, the more I think you are right. Feels very half-baked. I really like the css-like styling, but Iโm seriously considering throwing in the towel and going back to old UI ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Just a heads up: Itโs freezing cold here in Copenhagen right now. But very pretty with snow and blue skies. Hope you have a good time.

Yea. I could see B being very cool in motion. But in a still image like that A just looks so pretty and clean. Good luck deciding ๐

UI takes time. Makes a lot of sense to build in placeholder art first. I do the same every time. Looking forward to seeing how it ends up.

Weโve done it a few times, and itโs terrifying! I think thatโs why so many gamedevs are reluctant to do it. Face to face feedback is brutal, especially when talking about YOUR art. I work in software test in real life, so I guess thatโs why Iโm forcing myself ๐

My thoughts exactly. I use the new input system for my current game, because I hope to support a range of controllers. It does come at a price of more rigidity, and overall I prefer the intuitiveness of the "old" input system.
