I have to prepare a list of prompts for my horror writing class today. They have 8 minutes to write a 100 word story based on a thematic prompt (4-6 rounds). I usually try to keep the prompts relevant (seasons, historical events, etc.) to what's going on to keep things fresh. ha. hahahaha. ha.

It's weirdly difficult to remember that Trump's popular vote margin was /less/ than Hillary's in 2016. Biden got more votes in 2020 than Trump got in 2024 and Trump surrogates all under-performed in congressional races. This is not a mandate, I don't get why it is being portrayed that way.

Judges are not “pushing back” or fighting with the admin. They are ruling based on pretty plain readings of our law. Framing any of this as judges vs. Trump instead of Trump vs. the law is dangerous.
