Obviously not 100% correct, but I had a rather bleak chuckle this morning.

For reference, here's last year's Christmas card I drew for our household:

I love your single page comics though! "Winter can't last forever" has lived in my office since 2017/2018.

Ahhhhhh yeah, I guess it would depend on what you're willing to do. A lot of positions require pretty crappy starting points that you then have to work up to for the good stuff.

Ooh, are you growing them outside or in a pot? I did a pot years ago and got only one pepper that was the size of a marble 💀

I would say it definitely depends on what field you want to go into! A lot of things don't need a degree.

I'm so excited to see the final product! I adore the tarot deck, got myself the puzzle too (it's difficult, I like it!)

Translating the concepts in our head to those that can be understood is so complicated and fascinating. Brains and how we communicate is neat.
But just acknowledging that is a net zero for actually getting the work done. ðŸ«

Also my docking station finally keeled over while I was untangling all my cords to even get to my tower for the upgrade so now my workspace today is this. I hate Tuesdays.

We devoured it - so good! Made me boot up Fallout 3 again.

We just crossed six years in our apartment and I had the mind-blowing revelation that this is the longest I've ever lived in one place. I've moved 14 times in my life, and we're about to do it again this summer (hopefully to live for 10+ years) - I'm tired.

I've been considering upgrading to the Bambu from our Ender 3. I spent so much time dealing with calibrations and adjustments for long and "alright" prints that it makes me think twice before printing anything. This may have sold me.

Current setup of items - I pre-set sections for better organization, plus it makes it easier for me to bounce between sections if I need to reference my own notes. Not everything has been filled out yet.

(I'm not mad about this, I actually want to get it bound so I can have it on hand for both writing and D&D purposes...)

Aw I remember following you when you got Ripley! Such a sweet baby. It was so cool and educating to watch you go through learning about proper care for hamsters.

I love how much they've managed to translate the game's environmental assets into the show - seeing lamps, buildings, even the art on the wall, be the same as in-game is so cool!!!

Don't fret!! "Girl words" aren't inherently bad, and "I believe" is certainly a situational case.

Why are they all like that. Why do I always feel like a baby child who's never done a puzzle before. Why.

I burnt myself out on it trying to collect all the outfit pieces before the end game...and I gave myself a thumb strain so I had to put it down. Some day I'll go back.

Highly recommend Palaces for the People by Eric Klinenberg! It's been on my TBR list for a while, but 99% Invisible covered it as part of their episode on social infrastructure. Libraries as community spaces are so important, and need to be celebrated!
