I just submitted an article, co-written with a school librarian and educator, and I learned so much. We wrote about the need to embed digital literacies in off-line instruction to provide background knowledge for kids. Her pedagogy is amazing.

I think we will both be reading this asap! Thank you for sharing. Kid need extensive guidance and support for foundational skills prior to being in front of screens. It’s amazing that we fight so hard to ban these things and then they are just left to their own devices (pun intended).
