LGBTQIA+ includes more than just Gay and Lesbian. His support of the LGB is debatable at best. His support of the TQIA+, specifically Trans is not.
Attacking the Trans Community was a central focus of his campaign and is now a central focus of his presidency.

Even if they do, so what? Autism has never directly killed anyone. What has? Small pox, polio, TB, and many other diseases vaccines protect against.
