IANAL but aren't there obvious problems with tailoring if TX law subject to strict scrutiny? "We have a compelling interest in preventing minors from accessing porm which is why it's fine to show minors porn if your site is 29% porn by volume but not if it's 31%." Seems obv under inclusive?

Have heard similar thoughts in the context of video games. Original game creators had a lot of experience with art outside video games they could incorporate. Lots of modern game designers have primarily other games as context/reference.
