The world must be set free.

Drew just sent me this

This isn’t over yet. Spread the word. Republicans' Big, Beautiful Bill would: — Kick 16 million off their health care — Close 1 out of 4 nursing homes — Hike your energy bills — Add at least $4 trillion to the national debt It’s a gift to the rich and a disaster for families.

17 million Americans will lose their health care. 245,000 Marylanders will lose their health care. That's what Republicans are supporting.

Republicans say this bill will help working class and poor people. Time for them to prove it. I’m headed to the floor to try and force a vote that would prevent tax breaks for Americans who make more than $10 million/yr.

“Incredibly rich,” is an apt description for whom this bill benefits. And they know it.

bad news for Mamdani: i just imagined him shooting at my feet with two revolvers while shouting "dance! dance, ya varmint, dance!!" and then cackling so maniacally that his cowboy hat falls off. When will he go on TV to apologize for doing this

And Jesus entered the temple and said to the money changers, "You are an important part of the local economy and I'm looking forward to working with you"

Every time I see a new species at the Fishtown pollinator plot, that’s a huge hell yeah.

Have some empathy.

I can't tell if it's because I'm too NYC focused but does it feel like the news cycle spent more time crashing out on the fact that NYC picked a brown Muslim dude as is primary candidate then it did on a right wing extremist who shot 2 Minnesota legislators killing one, her husband and dog?

Kicking Americans off their health care to pay for billionaire tax cuts is absolutely despicable. I will be voting NO on this scam of a bill.

Melania Trump was not a U.S. citizen when her child, Barron Trump, was born on March 20, 2006. She officially became a U.S. citizen on July 28, 2006, several months later.

Don’t get it twisted—today’s SCOTUS ruling makes it harder for courts to fully block dangerous policies like Trump’s attack on birthright citizenship. Once again, they’re bending the law to serve him instead of defending the Constitution. It’s shameful.

Wish my grandparents were still alive so I could ask them about tips and tricks for living through a world war

The Trump administration is literally trying to take us back in time to an era where women had almost no access to health care. Proud to join the @demwomencaucus.bsky.social and @klobuchar.senate.gov for a crucial discussion on how Trump's budget betrays women across the country.

“i asked chat gpt” “i asked grok” Jeeves would kill you where you stand
