Republicans have been trying to deny the recognition of any non-white cis person all the while. That's what the entire DEI, USAID, and DoE affairs are all about. Stonewall is not special in that regard. Manipulated monuments won't erase history, but they represent what society sees and teaches.

Trying to justify USAID this way, you ignore the fact that it's isolationists who got rid of it. In their mind, the military exists for the purpose of defense and conquest. There is no need for external soft power - even for diplomacy.

The paralysis of the Democrats is not the result of this election defeat, it started a decade ago when the hope for a 60 votes Senate majority died. To disassemble the gov even the executive is enough, much less the SC or even all branches, but to start fixing things you need that majority. #USpol

That take underestimates the meaning of ideological differences. Look at the oligarchies in Korea, Mexico, Brazil, China, Russia, Philippines, etc. The normalization of such an upper class happens very fast and becomes part of the culture as well as society's view of the world.

Y'all aren't much better than him. Look at the numbers! The four year skips after every newline tell you that he's just mistakenly used dashes instead of commas. It's still a dynasty he's asking for and glamorizing, which is what actually matters.
