So, people are signing contracts that cannot break, and the money that they're earning, they have to use to pay: gear, transport (cars, bikes..), fuel, spare parts, food, drugs...They invented a self funding war, in return for "well" paid soldiers. I guess someone is getting very rich in the middle.
