Sorry for the random reply after a month but do these look right? (I did the 3rd one later on so I'm not sure if it's accurate).
It's so interesting! Slowly been reading more about how useful for paleoenvironmental and archeological reconstruction they are.

This also includes any undergraduate research grants!
Unfortunately, my university hasn't been able to assist in this (understandably), but I'm really eager to just get my fangs in something.

It doesn't at all! This is definitely going to add to my issue of writing "2024" until 2026 😅

Hey! Sorry for the reply again but I was going through it again, do you have any reccomendations for where I can get my hands on some data to mess around with GPR analysis?
I'm in the uk so some of the procedures are different 😅

OH! So a type of UAV monitoring?
I'm still learning so if you don't mind me asking, how do you identify what features are based on (what I presume) is density variation?

I think it's interesting how much palaeoenvironment can supplementally be aligned through old text, especially trying not to fall into rabbit holes 😅
However I do think I'd prefer quantitive methods more.

I read this from a book, but science is understood through the cultural lens of a society at a point in time. This includes the ideological landscape, but it's why diverse perspectives are needed
Anti science rhetoric is scary cause it creates a false binary where the science HAS to be infallible

OH! I CAN'T FORGET CONERVATION BIOLOGY A lot of what I learned I'd love to apply between with other disciplines. Since Hull is by an estuary I've learnt so much in marine and Aquatic contextes
I think always happy to explore new things as well! I might have to create a ramble post soon 😅

This was in snailsden Moor in the Peak District! Organisation's like MoorsForTheFuture do open volunteering days for anyone to join. They're always looking for more people to join!
They do them seasonally, but they're always great fun :)

Ecology of Peatbogs - Invertebrates presence in peat bogs based on varying levels of degradation and environmental conditions.
Astrobiology - extremophiles research Primarily
My overall intersection I Primarily love is ecology or zoology combined with environmental sciences and physical science

Biogeomorphology/eco-geomoephology - Glacial landscapes effect to environments and underlying outcomes (natural and human caused) I.e. Eutrophication exacerbated due to geomorphology changes in post glacial landscape, etc
