I remember a time where technology and the internet and etc actually gave value without stretching out our time and money and emotional discipline to its absolute limits, and I'm not even that old.
I'm legit afraid younger people don't realize what an ass deal they have rn. Apps are hell.

If you're getting confused tracking it all, practice with 1v1 actions scenes and use simple move > reaction > move > reaction logic. Fights evolve as they go like improv. When you get used to the flow logic, try another scene with a third actor, etc.
If there are too many guns, practice w/less.

It might be worth exploring whether after a few days to a couple weeks maintaining a higher BP will resolve the headaches.
Also, my stabilized BP tends to be around 115/70, if that helps at all. I still get VVS crashes, but otherwise the quality of life...so much better. +

Something I've realized in the last 10 years of POTS treatment is that a lot of the process of getting back to baseline hurts a LOT. Because your body doesn't know how to do it and overreacts. +

My favorite is when I'm just sitting staring in crisis at the screen like "I don't even know how to google what I need to know". Like holy hell this is a great career to trip over every lil pothole in my breadth of knowledge.

Rooting for you. Writing doesn't have an upper age limit to entry, so just keep that in mind as you keep working at what you really want and enjoy.

Having gone to cons, being in writing groups, knowing many authors who have agents or published books--you're fine. Big socials is nothing more than a perk. Many authors get agents and sell books without having thousands or tens of thousands of followers.
Focus on building community support.
