I was bored in the lab and was thinking about moving to a larger company to lead teams. Spoke with a friend who was a PM and realized PMs can more easily change industries. I always wanted to be in education but wanted industry experience first.

I switched from being a scientist and tried to rewrite my resume using their vocab. It helped it click a bit. You have my utmost respect if you're an educator. I just got into education at the district level and wheeeww. Bless!

YAY! Good luck! I caught the exam right before they changed it at the end of 2020 but taking a lot of old exams helped. It is common sense stuff but they use their vocab to say it.
