All of the above, plus I activate clear, purify and protect vortexes that suck all the dense energies out of the house and place protective layers around it. I find that those protections also really help during strong wind storms. They always keep us from loosing electricity.

Yes, my last 2 cats! My beloved Kiska (passed away back in 2017) was “me” in cat form. And my current cat Bobsi the Main Coon is my guardian and protector. Both came into my life magically through a series of synchronicities.

If I don’t have time to really sit with it and visualize and all that, I take a few sharp exhales through the mouth while pulling belly button and pelvic floor muscles up and in toward the spine. It gets me in my body quick. I also ask Gaia to help me ground and hold me in her energy. 🙂🌲💖
