Fellow #empath here - best thing we can do is turn back towards ourselves to heal our own energy first. Plenty of rest, taking time to focus on our hobbies, playing with kids/pets, reading a book, enjoying nature (even from indoors), etc. Tuning out the world’s noise for a minute goes a long way. 🫂❤️

This is why I prefer saying I’m spiritual instead of religious. Here’s how I see things now:
1) I’m no longer bound by religious doctrines.
2) Atheists are proof that religion isn’t needed to enforce morality.
3) Spirituality allows many different paths towards self-empowerment and happiness.
