I firmly believe you should only have to pay once to get a game’s full main story.

In my case, it’s finding a job. That’s gonna be a steep hill to climb due to the current state of the software engineering field, but you can bet I’ll get through this one way or another.
Don’t know how, what with me not even getting past recruiters, but I’m gonna keep pushing.

Yeah, Final Fantasy definitely is on a whole other trajectory right now.
If nothing else, Remake and Rebirth’s system is a good compromise for sure. I felt that was probably as close to the best of both worlds as you can get.
FFXVI’s side quests were my issue. I liked the dialogue in the MSQ.

It’s one thing if the superboss unlocks only on New Game+, but it’s another if that superboss is able to be missed at some point before the credits roll.
