Wetrix dropped in Europe 25 years ago today! (3/31/00) This excellent puzzle-game tasks the player with terraforming a board to create lakes, hills, and more, by raising or lowering the surface of the land. Elevated lakes will spawn BONUS DUCKS and rainbows, and what not. An absolute banger.

There's way too many reactionary takes on this and people acting surprised. Like, yeah, no shit the marketing and development costs are going to be much lower on older and indie games. Indie games are made with a $200 budget and the marketing is whoever decides to talk about it.
