Re: 18 USC 1030 & the private right of action Raskin noted. If 20M people filed 20M lawsuits in 50 states + territories, just to show up & move to dismiss would be about $2K/suit, or $40B. If a tiny fraction of those had merit, it could be MUCH more. Be a shame if some law firms offered to do that.
