I know the names kinda funny given the context lol. Funny part is I didn't even notice until I was posting the promo here 🤣
ASCENT is an awesome guy and we're anticipating him developing quite the name in hard dance (and bass music) over the next few years though, def don't sleep on this one.

And our article is about the economics of running an event venue with a limited capacity... stop trying to snipe traffic from other people's brands. Grow your own following through posting better content.

This has nothing to do with our article, please don't spam.

If we were to worry about those things, we'd need to also deactivate our Bluesky, Facebook, Spotify, Apple Music, etc. : it's unrealistic as a self funded edm crew. We generate no money for substack, and it is a side-note in our portfolio, so we use the free tool that meets our business needs.

We have to charge something, in this case it's just following our label and sound designers on the streaming and social platform of your choice!
(It DOES clearly state what you are allowing in each step BTW, photo attached.)

Our email is at the top of the graphic. We had some minor issues with spam to it so I'm hesitant to hot link it here..

Please do not spam links to music not affiliated with our label in our comments. It creates confusion for our followers. I hid this one, its no big deal, just please dont make a habit of it. Thank you.

Def... EDM takes this scam to the next level tho—there are so many producers that labels can profit off microtransactions alone. In the past, indie acts needed some* traction. Now? 100 moms buying their kid’s track is enough. Labels don’t need more than a sale or two n a steady flow of new artists.

Btw : The festival itself was hosted by our brother U4ik, it's a twice yearly series called Camp Space, if you're looking for an amazing event series to attend in Florida it can't be beat!

He's great! He really pushes the envelope and brings a DNB/Dubstep production ethic to hard dance genres that's really unique. Smashing his way through the 2nd-headliner tier at Big Dub, Camp Space, etc... Next date is in DC area in February :) soundcloud.com/quackdaddymu...

Mikes the only person left from the original team. He cleared a lot of the bad elements off his staff and changed the party vibes away from... what they were... to a much more normal rave/festy environment. It's the first time I've been on property and seen the potential, excited to do it again!

We are a label. Try not to post links to music / content not affiliated with our label on our posts. It is potentially confusing for our followers who come here to remain updated on our work as a collective. If you'd like to submit a demo, you can contact us at [email protected]

Prince, Bowie, Beck, and Radiohead are excellent examples of artists with a clearly defined and well refined aesthetic through line to their music that allows them to explore lots of territory while remaining themselves! Those are perfect examples of what we're talking about here :

This is genuinely bad and uncreative.

From the replies you didn't read before you became abusive. Find what makes you you and use it as a baseline in your experimentation and you'll maintain engagement no matter where you go!
