Normal gameplay is fine and most people are nice, but man. Doing bonus content you sure will meet some characters™, that's for sure. And even with my situation, was one of the nicer people compared to others I've read.

The only time numbers matter is legit just when doing savage/unreal and even then, just enough for dps checks. I do like seeing my number go up as I get better, but it's not mandatory, as long as I get a clear for my gear. And I agree. The way ppl get really ??? About it is so like??? Bruh???

Oh, absolutely, I agree. To me, as long as I see you're trying, that's enough for me. The only time I get haughty is if I will see ppl literally just standing doing nothing, expecting a carry. Like, naw man. You queued up, you got buttons to press. Otherwise, it's Whatever to me.

Ntm I only started tanking bc I started in that static as rdps, but our tank left and they needed a new one and I volunteered. The way I easily switched jobs and took the reigns just to be treated ??? Was so... Wrow....
There are benefits tho, I got one rly great friend out of it I still talk to.

I think there's a standard to at least press buttons while running content with others as to not be carried, but a dungeon doesn't need to be top DPS. When I raided, I also was the the better DPS between me and my co-tank/leader, so when he'd always get on my ass about slacking, I felt insane.
