Oh right, shoot we’re talking about Nintendo characters. Still Luigi.

Do people love Luigi? Because I think it might be Luigi.

This is such a loss. Despite only knowing him for a few years, his unrivaled energy and care for others made me feel like I’d known him my entire life.

I know historical comparison isn’t the point of this post but it got me thinking lol

This seems to be a trend that historical Islamic rulership has in common. Practically every other ruler I can think of from the greater dynasties was killed either by a rival or successor. I think death at the hands of the populace is probably lower though.

It’s times like these I’m glad I have a “no early access” principle. Otherwise I’d have way too much to play!

I feel your pain man.
We eventually went with a super low dose melatonin on occasion to help regulate with increased physical activity to get out her energy during the day and the combination helped a lot.
Obviously a lot easier said than done in my neck of the woods where it’s -5 degrees rn.

This made it seem like Armored Core was on sale for the three platforms shown :( apparently it’s only the PS5 version?

Heyyyy I’ve got the same TV. Apart from some wonky geometry on mine (I guess flat screens have that problem more frequently…) it’s such a great consumer set.

Seriously. I feel like I see something new every time (I haven’t checked online - that could actually be the case)
And the rendering style is immaculate, just so satisfying and uncanny, dreamlike but tangible and textural at the same time. I loooove it.

Are those two things mutually exclusive? I would think something can be a populist movement - if that means anything at all - while being unethical, wrong, facetious, motivated by greed, etc.

Everyone’s different of course, just wanted to share my really weird specific journey lol
I’m marveling now at how much more comfortable I am just being in a game world without focusing on goals.

I have had *issues* in the past with needing to “finish” games, so much so that I started playing the metagame of finishing games instead of really playing them to experience them. What helped me was kind of just defining what beating a game meant to me based on vibes rather than hitting credits.

I know there are ways to visually clean up an image by using AI to smartly clean up the artifacts caused by cloaking. But that does not reliably remove the actual pixel-level alterations - and even just cleaning it is a waste of resources, which in my eyes is a good thing.

Perhaps I am not equipped to make this suggestion, but I feel like diversifying protections against AI is the key.
A combination of targeted “confusing” image uploads, cloaking new uploads, and removing and reducing future uploads may yield benefits. But again I may not fully grasp the science.

AFAIK there is no current way to reliably bypass cloaking. But I could be wrong. If possible could you provide a source please?

Whatever became of mass efforts to poison AI datasets? Unless some kind of mass workaround has been established I feel like that could be a good way to mitigate against this
In *addition* to reducing the amount of content posted of course, they’re right about that.

You do great work, so I’m glad to hear you’re feeling that way.
As someone who was just posting about how my imposter syndrome had been defeated two days before last week’s layoff…can confirm this industry can be cruel and random.
Trying to keep in mind others’ decisions don’t reflect on us.

Whoa, nice! The SHIELD is the gift that keeps on giving honestly. I discovered it can essentially function as a makeshift NAS, AirPlay broadcaster, and I still use it as a Plex server. It’s not even connected to my TV and it is a backbone of my media setup. To think it’s something I got in 2019.

That looks delicious. I wasn’t aware of a Thai-Malay cultural exchange in the south but that makes so much sense. I bet the food is amazing.

If that’s what this is (it is): Apple should stop offering its services in the UK entirely, but also users should assume such a request has been received and complied with, and move their content off of Apple servers.
Anything less in either instance is enabling.
