The band #Sponge put out a collection of covers from 1994 when they had their first hit Plowed. I heard them live and that song sounds amazing with its call and response style vocals with the audience! The original songs from 1994 are so strong that it is hard to make covers that can measure up!

I found all kinds of fun yearbook designs scavenging around online. Such as this one with the kids making the cover and back cover look like a Cranberries album! These annuals are a great way to see what the time was like from the outside of the usual pop culture you normally look at going though.

Whenever I think about the five albums that will be a part of Pedro the Lion's (@pedrothelion.bsky.social ) five album pentalogy I keep thinking of this Smashing Pumpkins boxset that had the five discs in a box with a booklet. A pretty fun concept! A later bought the re-issue box of this in 2012.
