I think that in "interesting" times its even more important to feel love and joy. Keep loving fiercely, laugh MORE, let music fill your heart pump when you feel like it's run dry, and hold each others' hands. Proper nutrition for your souls, y'all.

Sometimes as a bonus of my autoimmune disorder, my right wrist gets inflamed. The only thing that seems to help is immobilizing it with a brace. Luckily, this ain’t my first rodeo, so I strapped this sucker on immediately. I should be ok in a day or two. Meanwhile I can feel a bit like a cyborg.

It it wasn’t for Medicaid, I would be dead. I would have died three years ago. I’m immensely grateful for the program my tax dollars helped fund. Medicare is keeping me alive now, along with Social Security disability. Without them, I literally would not make it.
