I have a heart arrhythmia and it acts up a LOT after I get sick and I get incredibly fast heart rates. If you haven’t try to add electrolytes into your daily routine as that is something my doctor and nutritionist recommended and I always feel somewhat better after having them

ughhh totally understand that struggle!! It takes awhile to find the right places but honestly create a Pinterest board and start pinning styles that you like and try to recreate them slowly with what you have in your closet and find what staples are truly missing

I still don’t feel like all my outfits are perfect but I take SO much inspiration from Pinterest!! I went through years of grpahic tshirts and leggings before deciding to put the effort into learning how I like to wear clothes. thrift stores are holy grail for staples and discovering your style imo
