Initially, I wasn't a fan of SM being Notts manager; I thought it was a risky move. However, to be fair, he has won me over, and I hope he can lead the team to promotion.

From a guy who was a part-time manager in non-league football and working at BT then getting a full-time managerial role at a League two side and potentially could get them up to League One deserves a lot of respect.
