Musk is sending a ridiculous request for every Federal employee to send in a "what I did last week" email. My idea: have every employee, "just in case", mail a hard copy to Musk. At Tesla HQ. Let's see how they deal with 3 million pieces of inbound mail.

The Musk/Trump strategy is called "shock and awe", but let's remember "shock and awe" didn't work. We used it in 2003 in Iraq. It took seven years, 4700 U.S. deaths, and over 100,000 Iraqi civilians killed before we won because of overwhelming force. "Shock and awe" failed then and it will fail now.

Medicaid doesn't just give poor people access to health care. It keeps rural hospitals (disproportionately red areas) alive. It provides nursing home beds to a huge number of elderly parents of middle class families, many with dementia. They are in no position to care for their parents at home.
