Unfortunately we couldn't go in. Lines and lines and thousands of people wanting to go in, the only small sign said it wasn't going to open on time, apologies. A staff member surrounded by confused vusitors said "to try back in the afternoon". Sigh. www.independent.co.uk/news/louvre-...

Foolishly, I got rid of all my BBC Micro User (& most Acorn User*) magazines decades ago. Fortunately, I found someone on eBay who has scanned them all in and is selling CDs of the PDFs. So now I have all issues of both titles making their way across the pond to me! * I still have the 6502 Special

Yes, that's right. She had a big Boss Battle with the leader of the Imperial Alliance. And yep, she was F-01. I always wondered why Dai-X was so much more formidable in robot form than as three separate fighters.

I missed the first few episode when it was first show, then I caught it after doing my paper round one day. Mandatory viewing after that! I remember seeing the ending when it was on TV, so I think the UK did get all episodes on original broadcast.

Blimey, £4,000/year doesn't sound like very much, even adjusting for the year!

Why would anyone want to visit the US at the moment, it looks like a scene from a dystopian film, police randomly beating up people and capturing mothers and children. A disgusting country with a disgusting government. Looks more like North Korea on a daily basis.
