Thanks to those responding mentioning carbon monoxide or something along those lines. Agreed; what I read mentioned "no foul play" and I'm not saying there was. That was just my first gut feel on seeing the headlines.

FWIW the privatized version of Medicare/Medicaid, “Medicare Advantage,” already costs an average of $2K more per person per yr. Privatization will not save money short or long term.
Even right wing think tanks estimate that expanding CMS (“Medicare for All”) would save hundreds of billions per yr.
