this was a hard watch (complimentary), because my media company shut down recently and all the open positions are either for AI training or are actually 3 jobs in a trench coat with a salary that doesn’t keep up with rent. the world sucks, so I will do what I can to keep making weird little guys.

my hot takes on graphics are: 1.) increased fidelity is spice, not sustenance, and 2.) better graphics can often add surprisingly little value, as many mechanics actively incentivize the player to filter out all those beautiful details as noise. that being said, I started gaming on a 2600, so ymmv
